From the terraces of Saint-Ouen in Paris to the Hafenstraße in Hamburg, a handful of football clubs and their supporters have embraced anti-fascism as a defining ethos. These teams – and the fan networks around them – anchor their identity in solidarity and resistance, turning football stadiums into arenas of social struggle. This article takes a global tour of some of the most explicitly anti-fascist clubs and fan groups, telling their history, activism and current commitments in an era when the politics of the pitch is more contested than ever.
